[1] What services are available to artists at the info booth?

Artists can pick up their information packets (including name/booth tags, pre-paid parking permits, slides, etc.), sign up for booth sitting and purchase parking permits.

[4] Where can I park my vehicle during the festival?

Parking by permit is available at the Bellevue Christian School (permits can be purchased at the information booth). The shuttle picks up/drops off on the north side of the food area. Ask at the Coke booth or Info booth. Shuttle transportation between the festival and the school is available.

[5] When does the artist Shuttle run?

Thursday – 7:00pm–10:00pm or later
Friday – 7:00am-10:00am and 8:00pm-10:00pm
Saturday – 7:00am-10:00am and 8:00pm-10:00pm
Sunday – 8:00am-10:00am and 5:30pm-8:00pm
If artists need transportation to the school parking outside of the listed shuttle hours, arrangements can be made at the information booth or Coke booth in food area.

[6] How does Thursday eve load-in work?

Load in begins at 6:00pm. Artists have been assigned staggered set-up times. Please unload your vehicle as quickly as you can, move your vehicle and come back to set up your booth. Call ahead or ask a staff person if you’d like some help.
Some of the set up times are not until 9 or 10. If all goes smoothly we can get those people in sooner. At some point after rush hour the curb lane of NE 8th will be closed by the police for unloading.

[7] Where can I park my vehicle while waiting to load in?

You can use the school parking lot. A shuttle is available to return you to the site to finish your booth set up. Some limited space is behind the food area.

[8] Where can I park my vehicle after unloading while I’m setting up my booth?

You can also park your vehicle in the school parking lot on Thursday evening after unloading your vehicle.

[9] Can I load in on Friday morning?

A few people may with prior permission, although parking will be very limited. Please check with a staff member to be sure there won’t be other artists loading in nearby due to the lack of space for vehicles that morning. Load in must be completed and vehicles must leave the grounds no later than 8:15am. Ann must be notified of any plans to wait till Friday morning

[10] Who is on the jury?

Artists and craftspeople from the community view artists’ slide submissions in February and March. During the festival, there is also a jury of staff and volunteers who select artists for invitation the following year. These artists are able to forego the jury process.

[13] Where can our customers park?

Bellevue Downtown Association will provide free parking Sat and Sun at Plaza Center, 10900 NE 8th ST, and $1 parking at Griffin Parking Lot, 10801 NE 8th ST 98004.

Free Metro shuttles will run every 15 minutes on Sat and Sun from 3 park and ride lots:
South Bellevue (Bellevue Way SE and 112th Ave SE)
South Kirkland (108th Ave NE and NE 38th Place)
Houghton (I-405 and NE 70th Place)


The shuttles drop off and pick up on NE 4th ST, just south of Bellevue Square by the city park – It is one block south of our fair down Bellevue Way and right on 4th ST.
